Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

These terms apply to every recurring charge from Waheed Zen LLC, including monthly service retainers, website care plans, and community membership. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. What recurs

The following are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel:

• Monthly marketing retainers (Local SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media, SEO and content)
• Website care plans
• Community membership

One time purchases, including course purchases, project work, and individual mentoring sessions, do not recur.

2. Material terms of every subscription

Before you are charged for the first time, we disclose all of the following on the checkout page:

• The exact amount of each recurring charge, in United States Dollars
• How often you will be charged
• The date of the first charge and the date of each subsequent charge
• That the subscription continues until you cancel
• How to cancel
• The refund terms that apply

You must affirmatively agree to these terms before the first charge. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and consent to a recurring charge is never bundled into consent for anything else.

3. When you are charged

Recurring charges are taken on the same calendar day each month, in advance, to the payment method on file. Where a month has no matching date, the charge is taken on the last day of that month.

Your card or bank statement will show WAHEEDZEN or WAHEED ZEN LLC, together with our support phone number.

We send an email receipt for every charge.

4. Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies. We never increase a price without notice.

5. How to cancel

Cancellation is as easy as signing up, through the same channel.

Community membership: cancel yourself inside the community at any time, in the billing or membership settings. No call, no chat, no retention conversation.

Service retainers and care plans: email support@waheedzen.com or billing@waheedzen.com from the address on your account. One message is enough. You do not need to give a reason.

We confirm every cancellation in writing within 1 business day. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep access, or we keep delivering, until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will not require you to call, chat, mail a letter, or sit through an offer before cancelling. We will not make cancellation harder than signing up.

6. Refunds on recurring charges

Refund eligibility is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary: a full refund of your first retainer charge within 14 days, a pro rata refund of a current month cancelled within 7 days where no work has been delivered, and no refund of a community month already accessed, though all future charges stop immediately.

7. Failed payments

If a recurring charge fails, we retry up to three times over seven days and email you each time. If it still fails, we pause the service and contact you. We do not accrue debt against a paused account without telling you.

8. State law rights

Residents of California, Massachusetts, and other states with automatic renewal laws have additional rights, including specific disclosure and cancellation protections. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of your state.
