Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to anyone using our website, our services, our messaging systems, our courses, or our community.

You may not use our services to

• Break any law of the United States, Montana, or your own jurisdiction
• Advertise or sell illegal goods or services
• Promote or distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Send unsolicited bulk email or text messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented
• Send messages relating to cannabis, CBD, illegal substances, firearms, illegal gambling, hate speech, adult content, high risk financial offers, or "get rich quick" schemes through any system we operate
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Manipulate search engines through methods that violate their guidelines, including fake reviews, fake Google Business Profile listings, cloaking, or link schemes
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, including our staff
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our course materials, community content, or proprietary tools
• Share your course or community login credentials with another person
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website or infrastructure

Community rules

Our community exists so people can learn. The following are not allowed and result in removal without refund:

• Selling, recruiting, or spamming other members
• Posting affiliate links without permission
• Sharing pirated or leaked material, including our own course content
• Making income claims to other members, including screenshots of earnings, revenue, or client payments

The income claim rule is not optional and is enforced. Presenting an individual result as achievable by others is deceptive, and it is prohibited in our community regardless of whether the result is genuine.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate access without notice, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Termination for a violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.
